The BIBF and ASRY Sign MoU to Launch ‘BINAA’ Program

The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Arab Shipbuilding & Repair Yard Company (ASRY) to launch a comprehensive leadership development program titled "BINAA”. This initiative aims to equip ASRY’s Bahraini young leaders with the essential skills and insights needed for strategic success and organizational growth, focusing on leadership development, strategic planning, and cultural alignment.


The agreement was officially signed at the BIBF, by Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, Chief Executive Officer at the BIBF, and Sh. Mohammed bin Rashed AlKhalifa, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ASRY, in the presence of senior officials from both parties. 

Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, CEO of BIBF, highlighted the significance of the partnership, stating, “We are pleased to partner with ASRY to promote excellence in human capital development within this sector in Bahrain. By providing tailored training and support, we hope to cultivate a new generation of leaders who can contribute positively to their organizations.”

Sh. Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy CEO of ASRY, remarked on the importance of leadership development, saying, “Investing in our youth is essential for our growth. This programme will enhance their abilities and foster a culture of innovation and resilience within ASRY. We believe that by developing our leadership team, we can effectively navigate future challenges and drive the company forward.”
